摘要
为获得具有良好性能的离子交换法光色玻璃,必须在玻璃表面层内形成一定浓度的AgX晶粒,因此对Ag+在玻璃层内的浓度分布及扩散深度的研究至关重要。利用电子探针研究表明:可以得到有关Ag+分布的重要而直观的信息。
In order to obtain Ion exchange photochromic glass with optimum properties,a large number of AgX crystal must be formed in the glass surface.So it is importance to study the Ag + concentration and Ag + diffusion depth in glass surface.This paper obtain imformation about that by electron probe microanalysis (EPMA).
