摘要
本文研究了由ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)超细粉末,添加阴离子型表面活性剂聚丙烯酸铵(PAANH_4)所制备的料浆的稳定性,以及料浆稳定性与吸浆速度、生坯密度及微观结构之间的关系.结果表明,注浆成型是由超细粉末实现坯体微观结构均匀的良好途径.料浆愈稳定,生坯密度愈高,微观结构愈均匀,但吸浆速度减慢.料浆的稳定性强烈地受聚丙烯酸铵加入量及pH值的影响.
The stability of ultrafine zirconia(yttria) powder suspension with addition of ammonium polyacrylate as the anion surfactant, and the relctionships of the suspension stability to the permeation rate, and the green density to the microstructure were studied. The experimental results showed that slip casting is a good route to realize the microstructural homogeneity of the green bodies with the ultrafine powder. The higher the suspension stability, the higher the green density, and the more homogenous the microstructure, but the smaller the permeation rate. The suspension stability was strongly influenced by the amount of ammonium polyacrylate and the pH value.
