摘要
研究了双组分ZrO2—MgO水系料浆的均一分散、共同稳定。结果表明:决定ZrO2—MgO水系料浆稳定性的主要因素是分散剂及其数量,分散剂包裹胶粒程度决定ZrO2—MgO水系料浆的均匀性;分散剂(PE)对ZrO2—MgO水系料浆稳定起到良好效果,当PE加入量为1.4wt%时,75wt%料浆的粘度为388C.P;对于ZrO2—MgO水系料浆的稳定,球磨时间起着重要作用。
The stability of aqueous ZrO 2—MgO slurry has been studied in this paper.It is found that the degree of colloidal particles wrapped with dispersant PE depends on the harmonious dispersion of dual component in ZrO 2—MgO slurry,the dispersant PE has a good effect on the stability of aqueous ZrO 2—MgO slurry,the addtive amount of disperant PE in 70wt% slurry results in its viscosity 388 CP.,and milling time plays an important role in the stability of aqueous ZrO 2—MgO slurry.
