摘要
为了适应负荷实测和线损理论计算对数据的同时性和准确性的要求,提出一种利用状态估计数据进行35kV及以上供电网电能损耗率的计算的方法。在分析采用状态估计数据的可能性与必要性的基础上,根据电网线损理论计算软件的计算原理,论述了在状态估计数据中提取电网线损理论计算需要的数据,进行数据转换的步骤和方法。通过潮流核对,保证当前运行方式与线损理论计算的条件一致。应用结果表明:采用实时数据进行电网线损理论计算,可减少人为错误,提高效率,同时,也提高计算的准确性和精度。
To meet the need of simultaneity and accuracy of data in load test and theoretical calculation of line losses, a method for calculating the line losses in 35kV and above power supply network by use of the data of state estimation is put forward. On the basis of analyzing the possibility and necessity of adopting the data of state estimation and according to the mathematical model of the theoretical calculation software of power network line losses, the procedures and means of extracting the data needed by theoretical calculation of power network line losses from the data of state estimation to carry out the data transformation are discussed. The coincidence of current operating mode and the condition of theoretical calculation is ensured by checking the power flows. The application results of the presented method show that calculation of power network line losses by real time data can decrease the artificial errors and promote calculation efficiency, at the same time the accuracy of calculation is improved.
