摘要
本文应用二阶导数光谱法直接测定盐酸去氧肾上腺素滴眼液的含量 ,排除了尼泊金乙酯的干扰 ,测定结果与中国药典二部中的溴量法基本相符 ,但操作方法较溴量法更为简单。
The second derivative spectrometry is used to test Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Eye Drops in this article. The disturbance of Nipagin ethyl ester is eliminated in this test, and the result is completely the same as Bromine test in Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2000. The operation is easer and faster than Bromine tests.
