摘要
通过溴量法与定氮法的比较,表明采用定氮法测定胱氨酸及其片剂的含量较合理、准确。
It is reported that both methods of Bromoteric titration and Nitrogen determination, used for the quantitative analysis of contents of Cystine and its tablets. The Nitrogen determination is compared with Bromonetric titration, the assay results are showed that Nitrogen determination is simple, accurate, and more reproducible. The Cystine tablets average recovery is 99. 8% with relative standard deviation of 0. 16% (n = 6) by Nitrogen determination.
