摘要
采用蒙特卡罗方法对制氢转化炉辐射室、炉管以及烟气的温度进行计算。和实际测量结果比较表明 ,模拟计算结果较好地反映了辐射室的温度分布情况。通过计算炉管温度分布 。
The temperature distributions of radiation room, tubes and fume of hydrogen manufacturing furnace are carried out by Monte Carlo method (MC). The simulation results are compared with actual measuring data. It is found that simulation results of the MC method are in good agreement with measuring data. The conclusion will be helpful to analyze the mechanics of bend formation of furnace tube and so on.
