摘要
对降低12对棒还原炉电耗的途径进行了论述,认为采用高电压击穿代替加热击穿,钟罩抛光,使用较长硅芯,控制进料温度,优化进料曲线的方式,可有效降低还原电耗。
Approaches to reduce power consumption with 12 pairs of rods reduction furnace were dis- cussed, the use of high-voltage breakdown instead of heating breakdown, use of bell polishing, use of a lon- ger silicon core, control of the feed temperature , optimizeation of the feed curve approach can effectively re- duce power consumption.
