摘要
以对硝基苯乙酮为原料经过还原、酰化、溴化、缩合及还原 5步合成盐酸索他洛尔 ,经工艺改进 ,收率有较大的提高 ,改进后的制备方法使总收率达到 33.9% ,降低了生产成本 ,更适合工业化生产。
Sotalol hydrochloride was synthesized from 4-nitroacetophenone viareducti,methane sulfonylation, bromination, isopropylamination and reduction. Through our improved preparation, the yields of every step were promoted and the total yield reached 33.9%,and it can be manufactured on a scale in this way with relatively low production cost.
