摘要
以对硝基苯乙酮为原料,经铁粉还原、甲磺酰氯酰化、溴化、异丙胺缩合及还原5步合成盐酸索他洛尔。经工艺改进,各步收率均有较大的提高,总收率为34.4%。
Sotalol hydrochloride was synthesized from 4nitroacetophenone via reduction, methane sulfonylation, Bromination, isopropylamination and reduction. The total yield raised to 34.4% by using the cheaper reagents and improving the reaction conditions in some steps.
