亚硒酸钠等五种化合物对黄曲霉毒素B_1诱变效应的拮抗 被引量:4

摘要 应用 Ames 试验对亚硒酸钠(Na_2SeO_3)、茶多酚(GTP)、维生素E(VE)、L—色氨酸和叶酸等五种化合物进行黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)诱导鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA98、TA100突变株回复突变作用实验.当五种化合物加入培养基时,有Na_2SeO_3、GPT和VE等三种化合物对AFB_1诱导TA98、TA100引起的回变菌落数明显减少.结果表明这三种化合物对AFB_1的诱变效应有明显的拮抗作用,且显示良好的剂量效应关系.提示对预防肝癌可能有意义. Ames test was used to test Na_2Seo_3,GPT.VE for their anti-mutagenic effect on AFB_1 induced mutagenic activity in TA98 and TA100 mutants.Aflatoxin B_1was used as the mutagen.The re- vertants induced by AFB_1 were significantly decreased when these compounds were added into the medi- um.The results revealed that 3 Na_2Seo_3,GPT and VE of the 5 compounds showed remarkable inhibition effect on AFB_1 induced mutagenic activity for strains TA98 and TA100.the fact that thses 3 compounds possess remarkable anti-mutagenic effect indicate that they may be of practical value in the field of chemoprophylaxis of liver cancer in men.
