摘要
针对目前在技术简单、施工难度不大的工程项目中逐步推广的经评审的最低投标价法,论述了施工企业应如何从提高自身素质出发,通过建立施工项目成本管理体系、建立自己的施工企业定额等有效措施,来应对建筑市场的激烈竞争和合理最低价中标的新形势。
In view of the reviewed lowest tender price method gradually applied in the projects of simple technology and little construction difficulty, it was described how construction enterprises should take such measures as improving quality of itself, establishing the project cost management system and setting up its construction enterprise quota etc.to face the intense competition of the future building market and new situation of winning tender with the lowest tender price.
