摘要
采用菜叶法,在 5个温度梯度下分别测试了Bt 15A3不同稀释度的杀虫活性。结果表明:环境温度明显影响Bt 15A3的杀虫活性,Bt 15A3的最适应用温度是 32～ 4 0℃,可应用的温度范围为 16～ 4 0℃。制剂的稀释倍数越大。
At the different temperatures, the activities of Bt 15A3 on 2,3 stage larvae of Plutellidae xylostella were inspected. The results show that the environmental temperature has a great effect on activity of Bt 15A3 to Plutellidae xylostella . The optimum temperature for activity of Bt 15A3 is 32～40 ℃. The temperature that Bt 15A3 is able to act on Plutellidae xylostella is 16～40 ℃. The weaker the concentration of Bt 15A3 is, the more sensitively Bt 15A3 reacts to the changes of environmental temperature.
