摘要
应用超临界CO2 萃取技术研究云南松花粉脱脂的工艺。依据影响脂肪提取率的温度、压力、时间及流量 ,采用 4因素 3水平的正交实验设计进行实验 ,得到云南松花粉脱脂的可靠工艺参观数为 :温度T2 ,压力P3 ,时间H2 ,流量L2 ,进而分别对参试的 4因素与云南松花粉脱脂率的关系作了分析。
The productive technology of derosination of Yunnan pine pollen was developed using the supercritical CO 2 extraction technique. In compliance with the four factors, temperature, pressure, time and flow rate which affecting the extraction ratio of fat, the orthogonal experiment including 4 factors and 3 levels was designed and carried out. After experiment, dependable technological parameters were achieved, temperature of T 2 , pressure of P 3 , time of H 2 , flow rate of L 2 . The relationships between each tested factor and derosination ratio were analyzed.
