摘要
目的:综述了超临界CO2萃取技术的原理、影响因素及应用。方法:通过查阅国内外相关文献资料,进行总结。结果:超临界CO2萃取技术的主要影响因素有压力、温度、粒度和萃取时间等,该技术在医药等领域应用广泛。
Objective.To review the principle and influencing factors of the supercritical CO2 extraction technology and its application. Method. We consulted the correlative information both domestic and abroad. Results. Supercritical CO2 extraction technology was mainly influenced by pressure,temperature, granularity and extraction time, and the technology was widely applied in the different medicinal fields.
