摘要
用H2 O2 氧化法对十二烷基苯磺酸生产过程中产生的副产物黑磺酸进行了脱色工艺研究 ,由正交试验法筛选出最佳脱色工艺条件为 :H2 O2 加量 15 % ,脱色温度 5 0℃ ,脱色时间 6h ,经氧化脱色后 ,5 %黑磺酸溶液的吸光度从 0 .930降至 0 .32 0以下 ,且溶液中活性成分含量基本不变。
The decolorizing process by hydrogen peroxide oxidation for black sulfonic acid produced from production of dodecylbenzene sulfonate was studied. The optimum decolorizing conditions from orthogonal test were determined as follows:H 2O 2 15%(w/w), decolorizing temperature 50 ℃,decolorizing time 6 h. The absorbancy of 5% black sulfonic acid could drop to below 0.320 from 0.930 and conternt of the active material didn't decreased obviously after oxidation.
