摘要
[目的 ]观察甘草水提液的抗心律失常作用。 [方法 ]制备大鼠和小鼠心律失常模型 ,i.v受试药物和对照药物 ,观察药物对心律失常的影响。 [结果 ]甘草水提液 (WaterExtractLiquidofGlycyrrhizaUralensis ,WELG) 4g·kg- 1(按生药计算 )能明显对抗乌头碱 2 0 μg·kg- 1和BaCl2 2mg·kg- 1i.v以及结扎左冠状动脉前降支诱发的大鼠室性心律失常。甘草水提液也能明显对抗Ca Cl2 -Ach (CaCl2 0 .6 % +Ach 0 .0 0 2 5 % )混合液 10mL/kgi.v诱发小鼠心房纤颤或扑动。大鼠心电图试验证明甘草水提液有负性频率作用 ,负性传导作用。这些作用可能是甘草水提液抗心律失常作用的药理学基础。 [结论 ]甘草水提液对大鼠有明显的抗心律失常作用。
To observe the antiarrhythmic effects of Water Extract Liquid of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis. Arrhythmia were induced by aconitine, BaCl 2, CaCl 2-Ach and coronary ligation. The drug being tested and quinidine as control were administered in travenously to investigate the antiarrhythmic effects of the drugs. Water Extract Liquid of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis(WELG) 4 mg·kg -1 could inhibit markedly the ventricular arrhythmias induced by aconitine 20 μg·kg -1 or BaCl 2 2 mg·kg -1 or coronary ligation in rat. It also obviously reduced the incidence of atrium fibrillation produced by CaCl 2-Ach (CaCl 2 0.6%+Ach 0.0025%) 10 mL/kg in mice. These actions were similar to Quinidine. The ECG of rats was significantly P-R chan-ged after i.v of WELG 4 g·kg -1 . WELG slows the heart rate and prolongs the P-R and Q-T intervals. [Conclusion] Water Raise Liquid of Glycyrrhetic has obvious antiarrhythmic effect in rats.
