摘要
心喘灵(xC-1]能明显对抗乌头碱,BaCl^2和结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支诱发的心律失常。XC-1能降低离体大鼠右心房的自发频率。对大鼠心电图实验,证明XC-1有负性频率作用,负性传导作用,负性自律性作用。这些可能是XC-1抗心律失常作用的药理学基础。其抗实验性心律失常作用较奎尼丁强1倍。对离体心脏奎尼丁高度抑制,而XC-1尚有明显的强心作用。
Xinchuanling (XC-1) is a new synthetic drug by Henan research institute of medicin industry. This paper will report the antiarrythmic effect of XC-1.XC-1 (5mg/kg iv) markedly shortend the duration of ventricular arrhythmias induced by aconitine (25pg/kg iv) and BaCl2 (2mg/kg iv) in rats. These actions were similar to quinidine (10mg/kg iv) . XC-1 (5mg/kg iv) and quinidine (lOmg/kg iv) had reduce the total number of ectopic beats, the duration of ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation and the duration of the all arrhythmias induced by coronary ligation in rats. They could obviously reduce the incidence arrhythmias produced by reperfusion.XC-1 (2μg/ml) significantly reduced the spotaneously beating rates and increased the force in isolated right atria of rats.The ECG of rats were markedly changed after iv injection of XC-1 ( 5 mg /kg iv) . Heart rates were reduced, the F-R and Q-T intervals were prolonged.
