摘要
目的 :了解我区二级医院 (包括区级医院 ,企业医院 ,部队医院 )院内感染发生情况 ,更好地加强感染管理 ,控制感染发生。方法 采用问卷、查阅资料和现场检查方法收集院内感染资料和医院管理基本情况。结果 12所二级医院都建立了医院院内感染管理组织 ,成立了感控科或防保科 ,形成了医护人员、科室、防保科的三级监控网络。 12所二级医院平均感染率 2 .84%。科室感染率以小儿科最高为 3.98%。医院感染发生部位构成比中以下呼吸道感染率最高 ,占 41.16 %。感染率无季节性差异。结论 医院感染监控手段还停留在数据的统计和一般消毒、隔离技术的应用的初级阶段 ,存在医院感染专职管理人员严重不足等问题 ,把医院感染监控纳入科学化、规范化、法制化的轨道 ,提高医院感染监控质量 ,是当前医院感染管理最迫切的任务。
Objective: to investigate the status of infection in grade Ⅱ hospital in ChangNing quarter. Methods: all data were collected by question are investigation, data retrieval and on-the-spot investigation.Results:Three levels monitor network were b uilt in all of 12 hospital. The everage infection rate was 2.84%. The infection rate of pediatry (3.98%) was the highest in all sections. The infection rate of lower respiratory passage (41.11%)was the highest in all body organs. There were no significence difference in seasons.Conclusion: The ways of monitor and control infection was still on the elementary Stage, Such as. data statistics, primary disinfection and isolation technology. The full-time manager of hospital infection was deficent , which ,should be paid more attention to.
