摘要
目的:探讨陈皮、党参等八味中药对结肠运动的影响。方法:结肠肌条在盛有5mlKrebs液37℃并供给95%O2和5%CO2混合气体的灌流肌槽中孵育,记录肌条自发收缩活动。以肌条平均收缩幅度,静息张力和收缩频率为指标,观察各药对大鼠结肠自发收缩活动的影响。结果:陈皮、党参、黄芪、白术、太子参、藿香、苍术和薤白均对大鼠结肠肌条收缩幅度有一定的影响(P<0.05)。结论:陈皮、党参、黄芪、白术、太子参、藿香、苍术和薤白可以调节结肠平滑肌的收缩活动。
Objective:To study the effects of eight Chinese herbal drugs,such as Citrus reticulata Blan co and Codonopsis pilosula(Fr.)Nannf.,on colonic motility.Methods:Each strip was suspended in a tis sue cham ber containing5ml Krebs solution(37℃)bubbled continuously with95%O 2 and5%CO 2 .The effect of each herbal drug on colonic motility in rats were investigated in vitro by measuring the mean con tractile amplitude,the resting tension,and the contractile frequency.Results:All the eight Chi nese herbal drugs,Citrus retic ulata Blan co,Codonopsis pilosula(Fr)Nannf ,Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch)Bunge,Atraty lodes macro cephala Koidz,Pseudostellaria heterophylla(Miq)Pax ex Pax et Heffm.,Agastache rugosa Kuntze,Atractylis lancea Thunb,and Allium macrostemon Bunge,produced noticeable effect on the colonic motility(P<0.05).Conclusion:The eight Chinese herbals can modulate the contractions of colonic smooth muscles.
