摘要
区域创新系统内部的知识转移状况会对区域创新系统的运行效率与质量产生重要的影响 ,而区域创新系统内的知识转移会遇到多种障碍。本文首先简要地论述了区域创新系统内知识转移的重要性及其优势与劣势 ;接着分析了区域创新系统内知识转移的各种障碍及其成因 ;最后有的放矢地提出了促进我国区域创新系统内知识转移的对策。
Knowledge transfer in regional innovation system(RIS) is very important for the effective operation of RIS, but it could run into many barriers. In this paper, these barriers and their resulting factors are analyzed.Finally, the countermove used for accelerating knowledge transfer in regional innovation system is provided.
