摘要
介绍了铝酸盐光致发光材料的研究历程和特殊的发光机理 ,总结和讨论了相组成以及粒径对发光性能的影响。认为今后的工作重点是建立相组成与制备方法之间稳定的对应关系 ,从晶体化学的角度研究基质和掺杂离子对发光特性的影响 。
The luminescent mechanism and its development of aluminates photoluminescence materials were introduced in this paper with emphasis on the effect of phase compositions and particle size on luminescent properties. Further work will focus on establishing clearly relationship between phase composition and synthesizing methods, investigating the effect of host and doped ion on the character of luminescent in the view of crystal chemistry, and the fabrication technology of multiphase-nanometer materials as well.
