摘要
期刊编辑应该用“三个代表”重要思想指导宏观控制、选题策划、理论鉴审、文字驾驭、信息优选、审美选择和作者导向等编辑工作。期刊编辑加工稿件时 ,应了解国内外近期的政治经济形势和相关学术动态 ,应具备最新的专业知识、专业技能 ,应熟悉新的行业标准和规范 ,应了解先进生产力的要求和先进文化的需求。提高政治水平和业务水平 ,完善知识结构 。
Periodical editors should guide their work by the great thought of the three represent's. When editing the contributions, the editor should be familiar with the recent world political and economical circumstances, the requirement of advanced productive forces and the demand of advanced culture. And they also should have the latest specialized knowledge and skills and know the new professional standard and criterion. So, the editor should improve their political standard and professional quality and perfect their knowledge structure.
