摘要
宁夏、青海人事部门的 48名干部 ,通过 2 0天的“人才资源开发与管理”知识培训和实地考察 ,对广东经济社会发展和人事制度改革的实践体会深刻 ,升华了对人事人才理论的理解 ,认识到 :创新人才管理方式是做好人事人才工作的关键。
After knowledge training on the development and management of human resource as well as field trip about economically social evolution and personnel system reformation in Guangdong during a score of days,foru dozen of cadres form Ningxia and Qinghai personnel divisions have deepen their process in cognition of personnel theory perceived that the innovation of human engineering is the key of doing well in personnel work.
