摘要
高层次人才队伍建设是后示范期高职院校内涵建设的一个重要方面.对高职院校高层次人才队伍建设存在的问题及其原因进行了探讨分析,提出了完善引进机制,处理好引进和培养的关系,创造良好的竞争环境等加强高层次人才队伍建设的有关策略.
Construction of high level talent team is an important part of connotation construction in higher vocational colleges in post_demonstration period.This paper discusses and analyzes problems in construction of high level talent team in higher vocational colleges and the causes,and puts forward related strategies to improve the construction work such as perfecting importation mechanism,dealing with the relationship be_tween importation and cultivation,and establishing good competitive environment.
