摘要
本文在对运营模式相关文献的回顾与论述的基础上 ,首次对运营模式这一概念提出清晰的定义 ,并为分析运营模式设计出完整的框架。在此框架指引下 ,以中国移动通信公司为实证研究样本 ,具体阐释中国移动通信运营商运营模式的构成和演变 ,以及分析它是如何将运营模式付诸于实际行动 ,如何根据经营环境突变进行运营模式创新。
Based on the review and discussion of the relevant material about Operation Mode ,the dissertation brings up a distinct definition against Operation Mode for the first time., and designs a integrative framework for analyzing Operation Mode. Taking China Mobile Communications Corporation as specimen for demonstration research, the author interpreters the formation and evolution of the Chinese mobile operators'Operation Mode under the framework, analyses how to put the Operation Mode into practice and how to innovate Operation Mode according to the business environment. The evolution disciplines to Operation Mode of the Chinese mobile operators are concluded and summarized at the end of the dissertation.
