摘要
目的:五味子中有效成分为五味子乙素,因此我们对该成分进行测定。方法:采用高效液相法进行测定。结果:B 法最好。结论:用高效液相法测定不同产地五味子中五味子乙素含量方法简便、可靠。
Purpose:The main active composition of Schisandra Chinensis Baill is r-schisan- dria,therefore,we conducted determination for the composition.Methods:Determined by HLPC. Results:Method B is the best.Conclusion:The content r-schisandria in Schisandra Chinensis Baill of different producing area determined by HLPC is simple,convenient and reliable.
