摘要
以季胺化方法使Cu(salen)固载在含叔胺基的弱碱性大孔苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂(D301)上,得到了w(Cu)=13 5%的树脂;并用正交设计法考察了该树脂对安息香空气氧化反应的催化作用。实验表明:40℃下,在含6 0g该树脂和3 0gKOH的80mLDMF中,0 05mol安息香经空气氧化反应3h,生成苯偶酰的产率达到91 4%;该催化剂具有合成方便、催化工艺简单、回收容易、可重复使用等特点。
A resin bound with Cu(salen), containing 135% Cu (w/w), was prepared by quaternarization of substituted Cu(salen) with tertiary amine group on macroreticular weakly basic styrene type of anionexchange resin (D301).The performance of air oxidation of benzoin catalyzed by the resin was investigated with the method of orthogonal design.Thus,005 mol benzoin was oxidized by air to give 914% yield of benzil at 40 ℃ in 80 mL DMF containing 30 g KOH and 60 g resin after 3 h reaction.This catalyst has the merits of convenient preparation,simple catalytic process ,easy regeneration and repeatable usage.
