非贵金属/钯顺酐加氢催化剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以γ 丁内酯(GBL)为模型化合物,考察了Cu、Zn、Mn、Al4种非贵金属元素对Pd系顺酐加氢催化剂在中压条件下对GBL和顺酐(MA)加氢的影响,发现4种非贵金属元素的组合加入对Pd系顺酐加氢催化剂的加氢性能有显著影响,其中Mn、Al的加入有利于提高催化剂的加氢活性,Cu、Zn的加入有利于提高GBL到四氢呋喃(THF)的转化。研制的PdCuZnMnAl/C催化剂在6 0MPa的中压条件下,对顺酐进行加氢,MA转化率为100%,THF选择性达72 8%。催化剂的TEM、XRD、XPS分析表明非贵金属Cu、Zn、Mn、Al和贵金属Pd之间有明显的相互作用。 The effect of nonnoble metal component Cu,Zn,Mn and Al on the performance of Pd/C catalyst for the hydrogenation of γbutyrolactone (GBL) and maleic anhydride(MA) was investigated under moderate pressure in a fixedbed microreactor.It was found that the performance of the PdCuZnMnAl/C catalyst,which was prepared by impregnating Pd/C catalyst with a solution containing mixed salt of four nonnoble metal Cu,Zn,Mn and Al,for the hydrogenation of MA was significantly improved compared with Pd/C catalyst.The concerted catalysis between Cu,Zn,Mn,Al and Pd was investigated carefully.Addition of Mn and Al to Pd/C catalyst increased the activity of hydrogenation and the additon of Zn and Cu improved the selectivity for tetrahydrofuran(THF).Using PdCuZnMnAl/C as catalyst,100% MA was converted and the selectivity of THF was 728% under H2 pressure of 60 MPa.
