摘要
本文采用均匀设计法研究了油品脱硫醇催化剂一磺化酞菁钴的合成工艺,考察了反应物原料配比、反应时间、温度以及催化剂用量对合成反应收率的影响,在优化的合成工艺条件下,酞菁钴的合成收率达到86％以上。
The synthesis technology of gasoline dethiol catalyst - cobalt sulfophthalocyanine has been studied by the uniform design method, the influences of ratio of reactant, time, temperature and the amount of catalyst on yield of synthetic reaction were tested. The yield of synthetic reaction of cobalt phthalocyanine may go beyond 86% on the optimum technological conditions.
