摘要
介绍了以白云石为原料制备轻质氧化镁和无水氯化钙的工艺流程。采用工业副产盐酸分解白云石粉 ,选用氨水作为镁的沉淀剂 ,从技术上保证获得易分离、纯度高的氧化镁 ,由此工艺制得的轻质氧化镁和无水氯化钙质量分数都在 98%以上。该工艺具用钙镁利用率高 ,产品纯度稳定 ,无三废污染、综合利用效果好等优点 ,具有较显著的经济和社会效益。
Technologic process for the preparation of light magnesium oxide and anhydrous calcium chloride from dolomite was introduced. Dolomite was decomposed with hydrochloric acid to lower the cost and increase the comprehensive utilization ratio. Aqueous ammonia was chosen to precipitate magnesium and to get easily separation and higher purity (greater than 98%)of magnesium oxide. The process provided high utilization ratio of calcium and magnesium, steady purity and obvious effect, with no pollution.
