摘要
本文研究了用正、异戊醇混合物从盐酸分解磷矿石萃取磷酸的试验。发现磷酸分配比随正戊醇比例增大而略有增加,但单纯用正戊醇或异戊醇萃取铁的分配比远低于正、异戊醇混合物。我们用工业副产品杂醇油进行萃取,其萃取能力与正、异戊醇混合物相近。因此,可初步认为,用杂醇油代替戊醇混合物萃取磷酸是大有希望的。
The extraction of iron and phosphoric acid from the HCl acid solution of phosphate rock with n- and iso amyle alcohol mixture was studied. We observed that the distribution ratio of phosphoric acid slightly increased with the increase of the percentage ratio of n-amyle alcohol in the mixture. But the distribution ratio of iron was much higher with the mixture rather than with n- or iso-amyl alcohol alone. The extraction with fused oil was also examed.The results were similar to that of n- and iso- amyl alcohol. It is most likely that fused oil can be used in place Of amyl alcohol mixture to be the extractant of phosphoric acid.
