摘要
首先分析了常规Moire偏转术测量透镜焦距的局限,提出了用准直离焦与Moire偏转术相结合的方法测量短焦透镜的焦距,给出了两组透镜的测试计算结果,讨论了测量方法的原理性误差。
In this paper we have approched how to modulate a wavefront by collimating-defocusing so as to reduce the deflecting effect of the rays and measure the focal length of a lens with short focal length in Moire deflectometry.
