摘要
本文对平面波照明位相光栅的衍射传播作了研究,发现当相对位相分布较一个弧度小得多时,位相光栅的复振幅分布也具有 Talbot 效应,且其存在条件和振幅光栅相同。
In this paper,discussion is held on the diffraction propagation of phase grating,illuminated by plane waves.It is found that when the relative phase distribution is much smaller than one radian,the complex amplitude distribution of phase grating has Talbot effect too.Its existence requires the same condition of the phase grating as of the amplitude grating.
