摘要
对比三种不同工艺(高频感应熔涂、激光熔覆、氧乙-炔喷焊)制得的GNi-WC25涂层的性能。结果表明,高频感应熔涂GNi-WC25涂层的表层硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性均优于激光熔覆涂层和氧乙炔喷焊涂层,而且高频感应熔涂涂层表面平整,后续加工量较少。
The properties of GNiWC25 coating by high frequency induction cladding, laser cladding and oxygenacetylene sprayingfusing was investigated The results show that the surface hardness, wearresistant and corrosionresistant properties of GNiWC25 coating have an advantage over those of laser cladding coatings and oxygenacetylene sprayingfusing coatings Moreover, the GNiWC25 coating by high frequency induction cladding has the smooth surface which needs less furtherprocessing
