摘要
用PEG/(NH4)2SO4双水相体系提取、纯化糖化酶,研究了影响体系分配系数、回收率和纯化因子的因素,从而确定了萃取糖化酶的最佳条件。在WPEG为0.24,W(NH4)2SO4为0.08条件下,分配系数最小,达0.022,回收率为95.6%。
The saccharifying enzymes were extracted and purified by PEG/(NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 double aqueous phases system.The factors affect-ing system distribution coefficients,recycling rate and purifying agents were studied and the optimal conditions of saccharifying enzymes extraction were then confirmed.Under the conditions of W PEG as0.24and W (NH 4)2 SO 4 as0.08,the smallest distribution coefficient obtained as0.022and the recycling rate was95.6%.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
