双水相体系分离富集黄柏中盐酸小檗碱 被引量:3

摘要 目的利用双水相体系分离富集黄柏药材中的盐酸小檗碱。方法采用非离子表面活性剂PEG400/(NH4)2SO4双水相体系萃取黄柏药材中的盐酸小檗碱,考察了PEG400浓度、(NH4)2SO4盐浓度、萃取温度、水浴时间、pH值和料液比等因素对盐酸小檗碱萃取率的影响。结果盐酸小檗碱在PEG400浓度为15%、(NH4)2SO4浓度为3.4mo.lL-1、pH值为9.0和水浴温度为70℃、水浴时间为30 min、料液比为1.0时,萃取率为99.52%,提高了盐酸小檗碱的浓度。结论本文方法所形成双水相体系操作简便、萃取率高,方法重复性好,可适用于分离盐酸小檗碱。 Objective To explore methods of extraction and separation of berberine hydrochloride from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex in aqueous two phase systems. Methods By experiment, the non-ionic surfactant PEG400/(NH4)2SO4 as a two aqueous phase system for the extraction and separation of berberine hydrochloride in Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex as studied. The effect of operating parameters, including the concentration of PEG400 and (NH4)2SO4, pH and temperature on extraction, time of water bath and separation of the two aqueous phase system was studied in depth. ResμLts The extraction rate of berberine hydrochloride in the aqueous two phase system was up to 99.52%. The method was shown to be reproducible and reliable. Conclusion The method of aqueous two phase coμLd be applied to extraction and separation of berberine hydrochloride in industry due to conveniently of procedure, highly of extraction rate and repeatability.
