摘要
目的 了解连续 8年以药物为主对中小学生肠道蠕虫病的综合防治效果 ,掌握流行情况 ,为制定或调整防制对策提供科学依据。 方法 1)采用 Kato- katz法查肠道蠕虫卵 ;2 )采用透明胶纸肛拭法查蛲虫卵 (连查 2 d) ;3)采用“驱虫康”(甲苯达唑 )或“驱虫宁”(阿苯达唑 )药物进行驱虫治疗 ;4)以宣传栏 ,广播电视 ,问卷式调查等形式进行健康教育。 结果 13个监测市、县的中小学生肠道蠕虫感染率由防治前的 43.78% ( 6 814/ 15 5 6 5 )降至 13.80 % ( 145 2 / 10 5 2 0 ) ,其中蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫的感染率由防治前的 2 7.6 3%、2 0 .6 4%、5 .96 % ,分别下降至 8.90 %、7.5 5 %、0 .2 8% ;蛲虫感染率由防治前的 40 .82 %降至 19.49% ,差异有显著性。 结论 广西开展学生常见肠道蠕虫感染综合防治工作成效显著。
Objective To understand the comprehensive control effect of intestinal helminthiasis in pupils and middle school students with anthelmintic in eight years running, grasp the epidemic situation and provide scientific data for the workout and adjustment of control strategy in Guangxi. Methods 1) To examine intestinal helminthic eggs with Kato-Katz; 2) To detect Enterobius vermicularis with anal swab of adhesive-tape technique for two days running; 3) Anthelmintic treatment with Qu Chong Kang (Mebendazole) or Qu Chong Ning (Albendazole); 4) Health education through posters, media and questionnaire. Results The infection rate of intestinal helminthes in pupils and middle school students in 13 monitored cities and counties dropped from 43.78% (6814/15565) before control to 13.80%(1452/10520), among which the infection rate of Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura and Hookworm dropped from 27.63%, 20.64%, 5.96% before control to 8.90%, 7.55%, 0.28%, respectively. The infection rate of E. vermicularis decreased from 40.82% before control to 19.49%. The difference was significant. Conclusion The comprehensive prevention and control in the infection of common intestinal helminthes among pupils and students in Guangxi was highly effective.
