摘要
开展水土保持生态建设要以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,与时俱进,不断探索,坚持人与自然和谐相处的理念,突出水土保持的综合性。要重视水在水土保持生态建设中的作用,加大水土流失治理力度,进一步探索和实践生态修复,妥善处理生态、生产和生活之间的关系,推动生态修复工作持续、稳定、健康发展。
Conducting soil and water conservation ecological building should take the important ideology of 'Three Representatives' as guide, advance with times, keep unceasing exploration, adhere to the idea of people getting along harmoniously with nature and give prominence to the synthesis of soil and water conservation. It should pay great attention to the function of water during soil and water conservation ecological building, strengthen the management and control of soil and water loss, explore and practice ecological rehabilitation in a further way, carefully handle the relationship among ecology, production and living and propel the ecological rehabilitation forward in a stable, sustainable and healthy way.
