摘要
松华坝水源保护区是云南省昆明市的重要饮用水源。长期以来,省、市人民政府高度重视水源的保护,在饮用水源的环境保护与建设上投入了大量财力和人力。近年来,随着下游昆明主城规模的进一步扩大,以及水源区社会—经济的发展和人口增加,原来重建设、轻管理的保护—建设模式已不适应新时期的水源保护要求。本文在分析以往松华坝水源保护工作的基础上,面对存在的突出问题,对松华坝水源保护区的水源保护模式提出了初步的概念框架,并论述了其组成及基本内容。
Songhuaba Water Source Protected Area is an important water source in Kunming city and Yunnan province. In a long period the provincial and municipal governments both were paying very attention to this area＇s protection as well as heavy human power and money was devoted in. With the urban size was extended and also the urban populations and economic, society were developed in recent years, the old mode of emphasizing engineer while lightening management did not fit the new demands of water source protection in the coming era. This paper brings forward an environment protecting concept frame after analyzing the measurements and the problems which were done or faced before.
