水热法四氧化三锰超细粉体的正交实验设计及讨论 被引量:3

摘要 以乙醇和高锰酸钾为原料 ,利用水热法来制备四氧化三锰超细粉体。讨论了反应釜的填充度并以正交实验研究和讨论反应温度、反应时间、反应物浓度、溶液的酸碱性对实验结果的影响 ,最终得到反应的优惠工艺条件。对所制备的产物进行表征 ,经XRD进行物相分析 ,确认产物为单一相的Mn3O4 ,经粒度分析仪、扫描电镜检测 ,产物的粒径为 5 0~ 90nm ,为四方晶状颗粒且没有明显的团聚现象。 Superfines Mn 3O 4 was prepared by the hydrothermal method, using ethanol and potassium permanganate as stocks. Based on orthogonal experiment. The influential factors such as temperature, time, concentration and the acid-basic character were investigated. The product was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction patterns, Scan electron microscope. The result showed that the Mn 3O 4 is single-phase and the particle size is 50~90nm.
