摘要
从理论上阐述了四孔中空涤纶短纤维的成形机理 ,比较了在 1 2万吨大装置上与 4千吨小装置上生产四孔中空纤维生产工艺的差异 ;通过使用正交试验方法 。
The thesis explains the forming mechanism of the four-hole-hollow PET staple fiber theoretically.The difference between the bigger device tweleve thousand tons per year)and the smaller device(four thousand tons per year),and the key factor to influence crimp and puffing capabilities are analysed using orthogonal design.Finally,this paper shows the direction to optimize the crimp and puffing capabilities on the bigger device.
