介绍上海第十三化纤厂,采用高速低温的气流,选择适宜的喷丝板微孔设计,产生非对称的冷却效果,在截面上形成不同的微观结构,并采取一次拉伸工艺和高温松弛热定型,成功地制得具有螺旋形波纹自卷效果的三维立体卷曲纤维。
Shanghai No.13 Chemical Fiber Factory has successfully produced three-dimensional crimp fiber having spiral wave and self-curling effects. By the adoption of high speed low temperature cooling air and suitable spinnerette hole design the non-symmetrical cooling effect thus formed results in different micro-stuctures on the cross section of fiber, the technology also involves single stage, drawing and tensionless setting under high temperatures.
