摘要
本文用原子吸收法对吉林市192名2～6岁健康小儿血清锌的含量进行了测定。结果表明,女童血清锌值稍高于男童,且有随其年龄的增加而量值逐渐增加的规律。提出其正常值范围。建议小儿血清锌值在0.528mg/L以下者应补充锌剂,以促进其健康生长。
We detected the serum zinc content for 192 healthy children (2～6 years old) using atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the serum zinc content of girls is higher than one of the boys and they are became mevalent along with the increase of ages. The normal range of the serum zinc in children was given. It was suggested that the zinc preparation must be given to those children whose value of serum zinc was less than 0.528mg/L in order to promote the growth of the children.
