摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定脑梗塞患者 4 5例及健康对照者 2 0例头发中微量元素Zn ,Cu ,Mg ,Mn的含量。结果表明 ,脑梗塞组头发中Zn ,Cu ,Mg元素含量均显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,Mn元素的含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,揭示体内Zn ,Cu ,Mg ,Mn元素含量与脑梗塞发病存在一定关系。
In order to study the relation between the contents of Zn,Cu, Mg and Mn in hair of 45 patients with cerebral infarction and 20 health people were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The results showed that the contents of Zn, Cu and Mg in the patients ' hair (79.785 +/- 25.514 , 8.241 +/- 1.405 and 24.831 +/- 9.986 respectively) were lower than that of the, health people (168.031 +/- 29.467 , 18.612 +/- 2.051 and 93.006 +/- 47.548 respectively) (p < 0.01), but the content of Mn of the patients (3.652 1.001) was higher than that of health people ( 1.751 +/- 0.597) (p < 0.01). These indicated that there must be some relation between the contents of Zn, Cu, Mg and Mn and the cerebral infarction. The lack of Zn, Cu and Mg as also as high level content of Mn subscribed to the formation of cerebral vascular deformation and sclerosis.
