摘要
本文用拉曼光谱法测定了天花粉蛋白在pH为1.9~11.5范围内二级结构的变化。结果表明,随pH值的增加,α-螺旋略有减少,β-折叠略有增加,而无序结构没有明显变化。
The variation of secondary structure of trichosanthin in solution within the pH range 1.9~11.5 was studied by Raman spectroscopy. The results showed a slight decrease in α-helix and a slight increase in β-sheet, but negligible change in unordered form with the increase of pH values.
