摘要
目的 :建立紫外分光光度法测定甲硝唑肠溶缓释胶囊含量。方法 :采用对照品比较法 ,测定波长为 2 77nm。结果 :线性范围为 6～ 1 4mg·L- 1 ,r=0 .9999,回收率为 1 0 0 .9% ,RSD为 0 .2 5 %。结论 :本法简便 ,快捷 。
OBJECTIVE A UV method was developed for the determination of sustained release capsule of metronidazole colon delivery.METHODS The sample was determined at 277 nm with a reference substance.RESULTS The linear range was 6～14 mg·L -1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999 ,the average recovery of the method was 100.9 %, the RSD was 0.25 %.CONCLUSIONS The method may be for determination of the drug. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
