摘要
本文采用氧化亚氮-乙炔-原子吸收法测定婴儿、幼儿细胞内外的钙,样品用三氯乙酸沉淀分离作前处理,以硝酸镧消除磷对钙的抑制干扰。本方法适应于医学单位常规分析中微量钙的分析,方法可靠和精确。
This paper is to observe the changes of intra-and extraceUar Ca concentration in infantile pneumomia complicated with respiratory failure. Report an AAS method using nitrous oxide/acetylene flame for the analysis of Ca. The result shows that the concentration of erythrocyte total Ca in the infants with respiratory failure was in increased significantly and concentration of plasma total Ca was decreased obviously. In the recovery period of surveval infants from respiratory failure, the concentration of erythrocyle total Ca and plasma total Ca recovered slowly.
