摘要
研究了石墨原子吸收法测定血清中铅的预处理方法。比较了直接稀释法和消化法,二者准确度接近,都能得到满意的结果,并提出了在不同情况下使用不同的预处理方法。
In this papar two methods of sample preparation including degestion and dilution have been developed for determination of lead in serum by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The recoveries were 98～112% for ten—fold dilution method and 95～104% for sample digestion respectively. The results of determining Pb in serum are satisfactory.
