摘要
研究了化学结构、使用浓度、工况条件 (包括负荷 ,油温等 )对硫磷钼极压抗磨剂的减摩抗磨性能的影响。结果表明 :钼的化合价高、烃基小的化合物极压抗磨性能更好。硫磷钼化合物在较高负荷下 ,减磨效果更明显。温度升高相当于降低了硫磷钼化合物的有效浓度 ,故极压性能下降。
The antiwear and load-carrying capacities of organo-molybdenum compounds synthesized by us were evaluated by four-ball machine and Falex tester.The effects of the valence of Mo,the load,the oil temperature and the concentration on the performances of the organo-molybdenum compounds were investigated.The results showed that compounds containing Mo +6 than Mo +5 and Mo +4 have higher load-carrying capacities.The higher the loads are,the better the antiwear property of the organo-molybdenum compounds are.SMP2 containing buty1 group added in base oil at 0.5%~4.0% and SMP4 containing octy1 group added in base oil at 1.0%~4.0% show superior antiwear property.
